Let’s dive deeper, together

August 16th & 17th

August 23rd & 24th

I’m so delighted to invite you to this in-person group ketamine experience! Over the course of two weekends, we’ll experience two ketamine journeys in the safety of our small 4-6 person group.

This retreat might be right for you if:

  • You’re ready to move through a roadblock in your path to deeper healing

  • You want to experience the power of a psychedelic journey in a safe and legal way

  • You’ve been thinking about KAP but don’t want to do it alone

Roadmap of next steps

Medications arrive

Journey Clinical works with a local compounding pharmacy to process your prescription and send it right to your door.

Group preparation

Our cozy group will meet together on the Wednesday evening before each of the retreat weekends for two hours of group preparation. This includes getting to know one another, reviewing practical tips to have the best experience, and setting intentions for your journey.

Group journey

Hooray for journey day! Our group will meet for three hours in-person on Saturday. The first hour is spent preparing our space, our minds, and our bodies for this experience. The second hour is when the journey takes place. In our third hour, we’ll begin discussing the journey experience.

Group integration

Sunday is for integration, my favorite part. Over the course of two hours, we’ll make meaning of the journey and discuss ways to take insights with you in the days ahead.

Journey 2 is optional. The same sequence repeats with:

  • two-hours of group preparation on Wednesday

  • three-hour group journey Saturday

  • two-hours of group integration on Sunday

Frequently Asked Questions

  • All of the events listed are required for participation. The second journey sequence is optional. One of the important differences between receiving a ketamine treatment versus participating in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is a rich focus on preparation and integration. Preparing intentionally helps us be clear about goals while building a sense of community with the group. Integrating after allows us to identify ways to carry wisdom from the journey into our day to day life in pursuit of those goals. You don’t want to miss it!

  • Nope! If one journey feels like plenty to you, you are welcome to attend the first one scheduled for August 16th. In order to prioritize supportive group cohesion, new folks will not be added to the second journey.

  • Journey Clinical often prescribes two doses following the initial medical intake. The two weekend retreats allow you the opportunity to make the most of both doses. Attending the second journey also offers the benefit of feeling more connected to the group and more comfortable with the dosing process. That allows you to dive even deeper in the second journey!

  • Absolutely! Whether you attend one journey or two, you are welcome to continue with KAP in individual virtual sessions.

  • I’d be happy to answer additional questions during a free 15-minute consultation. You can also check out our blog posts about KAP. Journey Clinical has additional information here, including the option to attend a group info session or schedule a 1:1 meeting to answer your specific questions.
